Rigger Foreman

What You’ll Do

• Lead rigging crews on job sites and make sure work is done safely and correctly.
• Enforce OSHA rules and company safety standards at all times.
• Plan and oversee heavy lifts, machine moves, and equipment transport.
• Inspect rigging gear, cranes, forklifts, and trucks to ensure safe operation.
• Communicate job plans clearly to the crew and coordinate with site supervisors.
• Identify hazards, correct issues, and keep the job moving safely and on schedule.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in heavy industrial lifting, machine moving and transport, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of rigging equipment, including cranes, tractor trailers, and forklifts.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team environment.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a commitment to safety and professionalism.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Forklift certification.
• CDL license preferred (Class A ideal).
