Responsibilities
- Perform rigging, signaling, and load control for heavy lifts
- Assist with crane assembly, gantry systems, and hydraulic equipment
- Inspect, maintain, and prepare rigging gear for safe use
- Help with equipment transport, including trucks and trailers
- Work both in the field and on dynamic project sites
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a hands-on, outdoor environment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, travel, and overtime
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in rigging, construction, farmhand, or heavy equipment
- CDL Class A (or ability to obtain)
- Rigger certification or TWIC card
Additional Expectations
- Ability to work day/night shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Willingness to travel occasionally for field work
Work Environment
- 40–50+ hours per week with overtime potential
- Travel-heavy role supporting job sites as needed
- Outdoor, industrial, and physically active work
