Rig Electrician
About the role
The Rig Electrician is primarily responsible for planning layouts, installing, and repairing wires, electrical fixtures, and rig control equipment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute electrical installations and repairs on drilling rigs
- Install and maintain rig control equipment
- Work closely with other trades to ensure proper coordination of electrical systems
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass a post-offer physical examination
- Three to five years of prior electrical or electronic controls experience
- Must have proper legal authorization to work in the country where the rig is operating
- Steel-toe work boots required
- (International positions only): Passport required

Pay
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $25.00 - $34.50 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including but not limited to geographic location, experience, performance, and other considerations permitted by applicable law.
Schedule
The Rig Electrician position is primarily an Onsite role located in various locations across Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and North Dakota.
