The Richmond office of Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an attorney to join the Structured Finance and Securitization Practice Group.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of securitization and/or financing experience
• Some experience with sophisticated transactional matters
• Strong academic background
• Outstanding analytical ability
• Excellent writing skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to demonstrate leadership and initiative
• Interest in a client-centered practice
• Ability to work effectively and be a contributing member within a team of lawyers in the firm's nationally recognized business practice group
• Virginia bar membership preferred, and in any event required within one year of joining the firm

Pay

• Expected salary range: $260,000 to $365,000
