Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linens
• Prepare simple, healthy meals
• Provide medication reminders
• Communicate with families and provide updates

Requirements

• Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification (Required – No Exceptions); applicants must provide a hard or digital copy of their certificate/license on or before the interview
• Kind, respectful, and dependable
• Ability to follow care plans
• Reliable communication
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check

Qualifications

• Dementia Care Experience (preferred)
