About the role

The Richmond office of Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an attorney to join its national Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice group, in a full-time, partnership-track associate position.

Responsibilities

• Two to four years (class of 2024 – class of 2022) of commercial bankruptcy experience.
• Demonstrated interest in bankruptcy/restructuring.
• Strong academic record, exceptional analytical and writing skills.
• Be a true team player.
• Former and current U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judicial Clerks are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Virginia bar license preferred, and in any event required within one year of joining the firm.
