RIA Financial Advisor Support Specialist

The Advisor Support Specialist, internally known as "Solutions Consultant", is a key member of Sowell Management, supporting independent Financial Advisors through strong service, relationship management, and operational accuracy. As a Solutions Consultant, you will contribute to our strong service culture by: Providing administrative and operational support to Independent Financial Advisors and their staff, including account opening and closing, cashiering, and general account maintenance.Processing service requests submitted through the FLEX Connect Service Center as part of the Advisor Solutions team.Serving as a liaison between Advisors, custodian partners, and internal teams such as Data and Tech, Sales, and Trading.Responding to advisor phone calls, providing operational expertise, sharing best practices, troubleshooting complex issues, and resolving service concerns or escalations.Educating advisors on custodian platform processes, services, and procedures.Partnering with advisors to solve problems and deliver a positive client experience.Building lasting business relationships through clear communication and active listening.
