• Porter: $22.00 per hour

Pay

$80,000 - $90,000 for Director of Operations, $65,000 for Operations Manager, $75,000 for Leasing Director/Leasing Administrator, $50,000 - $56,000 for Leasing Specialist, $51,000 for Concierge, $65,000 for Assistant Maintenance Manager, $26.00 per hour for Maintenance Technician, $22.00 per hour for Porter.
