Rhinologist Employment Position in Capital City!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of nasal and sinus disorders, including chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, nasal obstruction, and related disorders.
• Provide medical and surgical interventions for rhinologic conditions, including functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and nasal reconstruction and surgery for anterior skull base disorders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including allergists, pulmonologists, radiologists, and neurosurgeons, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for patients.
• Stay abreast of advancements in rhinologic medicine and incorporate evidence-based practices into clinical care.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and best practices related to rhinology within the department and institution.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Residency training in Otolaryngology (ENT).
• Fellowship training in Rhinology.
• Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in West Virginia.
• Demonstrated expertise in the medical and surgical management of rhinologic and anterior skull base disorders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care, teamwork, and continuous professional development.
