Optum WA (known locally as The Polyclinic) is seeking a Rheumatology Physician to join our team in Seattle, WA. Practice Highlights

• 4-day work week or less
• $40,000 starting bonus + retention bonus (no repayment clause)

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
• Board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Washington or ability to obtain
• Valid DEA license
