Rheumatologist - Physician - Silvis, IL - Growing practice, future leadership opportunity

The MercyOne Genesis Silvis Rheumatology department is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Rheumatologist to join their established practice in Silvis, IL.

About the role

This is a full-time, physician employed position within the MercyOne Genesis Medical Group. The practice offers a competitive compensation package including a two-year guarantee of $330k, transitioning to a wRVU model with a $120k recruitment incentive. Other benefits include a relocation allowance up to $15,000, generous paid time off, a CME allowance of $6,000 annually, and malpractice coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert rheumatologic care to patients in a multidisciplinary setting
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in the development and maintenance of a thriving practice

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with certification in Rheumatology
• Ability to obtain and maintain an unrestricted license to practice in Illinois
• Current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
