About the role

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic in Yakima, WA is seeking a full‑time, exempt Rheumatologist to expand rheumatology services in a mission‑driven organization serving underserved communities. Relocation assistance is available. Opportunities for both experienced Rheumatologists and fellows completing training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of rheumatologic conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including biologic and DMARD therapies
• Interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and other diagnostic tests
• Provide patient education and long‑term disease management
• Collaborate with referring providers and multidisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency program
• Completion of an accredited Rheumatology fellowship
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Rheumatology
• Washington State medical license or ability to obtain
• DEA registration or ability to obtain

Pay

Starting compensation: $325,000 annually.
