About the Role

Join a large, dynamic medical team in Allentown, PA as a Rheumatologist. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with 12 Rheumatologists and 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in a comprehensive group setting, manage patient care in a busy practice, and shape future healthcare providers by precepting Rheumatology Fellows and Internal Medicine Residents.

You will participate in a primary call system managed by dedicated Rheumatology Fellows and have the option for a 4-day workweek to optimize work-life balance. The role also allows for subspecialization within Rheumatology to enhance your expertise.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with 12 Rheumatologists and 4 APPs in a comprehensive group setting
• Manage patient care within a busy Rheumatology practice
• Precept Rheumatology Fellows and Internal Medicine Residents
• Participate in a primary call system managed by dedicated Rheumatology Fellows
• Optimize work-life balance with an optional 4-day workweek

Requirements

• Medical degree with Rheumatology specialization
