Rheumatologist

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Rheumatologist to join a growing, well-supported outpatient practice just southwest of Indianapolis. The incoming physician will play a key role in maintaining access, continuity of care, and supporting a busy infusion program.

Responsibilities

• Provide general rheumatology care with a broad case mix including rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, gout, vasculitis, myositis, scleroderma, CREST syndrome, and biologic management.
• Support a busy infusion program.
• Work within an established referral base with reasonable volumes.
• Collaborate with dedicated medical assistants, registered nurses, nursing staff, and infusion nurses.

Pay

• Base salary: $300,000 and up.
• Productivity incentive.
• Sign‑on bonus: $25,000.
• Relocation assistance: up to $10,000.
• PSLF‑eligible employer.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; full‑time schedule based on a 4.5‑day workweek.
