RGM Manager, Trade

The Revenue Growth Manager – Customer Investment collaborates with the sales team to optimize trade and shopper marketing spends, ensuring investments are made effectively and teams stay within trade budgets. This role supports the growing market trends of active lifestyles, health, and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary RGM contact for sales activities, including new items, incremental spends, and plan builds in TPM.
• Act as the RGM subject-matter expert for Trade Architecture and Customer Investment Optimization.
• Approve or reject promotions that exceed established guidelines.
• Complete Promo ROI analysis regularly and collaborate with sales teams to improve promo effectiveness and efficiency.
• Report trade spends vs. targets and provide post-promotion ROI information.
• Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to review trade spend.
• Ensure sales teams adhere to budgeted trade rates (Customer & Brand).
• Review promotional plans and propose solutions for the sales team.
• Analyze investment scenarios with the sales team for ROI.
• Support the RGM Customer Investment Director on all related activities and assist in annual planning.
• Educate the sales function on the importance of RGM and how to leverage it within their business area.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in RGM, finance, trade development, or sales operations.
• An analytical mindset with strong financial acumen.
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams and guide them through detailed processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP TPM experience.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $105,000 - $125,000, with an annual bonus. This range may vary by location, and the targeted salary is the midpoint of the range.
