RFP Team Member
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RFP Team Member to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to support business development efforts. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a remote contract position located in San Francisco, CA, on the US West Coast.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for RFP responses.
- Analyze RFP requirements and ensure compliance with submission guidelines.
- Draft, edit, and review proposal content to ensure accuracy and alignment with client needs.
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables to meet submission deadlines.
- Maintain a repository of proposal templates and supporting documentation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in RFP response preparation or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $28hr - $30hr on W2 only. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K contributions, as well as PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by applicable state or localities where you reside or work.
