RFIC Layout Design (TSMC 4nm)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Design Engineers to join our dynamic team. This role involves working on cutting-edge technology development, full-custom ASIC and electronics design, and collaborating with experts in the Semiconductor, Medical, and Defense industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IC design and be comfortable with complex fabrication processes and product applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrated circuits (ICs) using advanced semiconductor technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of electronic systems and components.
• Perform simulations and analysis to optimize circuit performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IC design and fabrication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IC design and/or electronics development.
• Experience with full-custom ASIC design and fabrication processes.
• Strong proficiency in circuit simulation tools and design software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Experience with design automation tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Advanced knowledge of digital and analog circuit design.
• Experience with high-speed and low-power design techniques.
• Understanding of power management and energy-efficient design principles.
• Proficiency in VHDL, Verilog, or SystemC.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
