RFC Merchandise Prep Associate

Essential Functions

• Moving all merchandise to assigned lanes and verifying merchandise using reports.
• Removing merchandise from cartons and packaging materials, and disposing of trash in the sanitation area.
• Building all furniture requiring assembly, inspecting merchandise for damages, marking flaws, and notating them on reports.
• Repacking damaged merchandise that is beyond repair and promptly notifying shop technicians when repairs are needed.
• Collaborating with shop technicians to ensure all items are repaired, prepared, and ready for next-day delivery.

Physical Demands

• Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Manipulate weights over 200 lbs. occasionally with assistance from a dolly and/or other employees.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Tolerate high temperatures and moderately low temperatures.
