About the role
This role is responsible for the assembly, testing, and integration of RF and electronic assemblies, working closely with engineering teams to support the development and production of high-reliability products.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and test RF and electronic assemblies, subassemblies, and components
- Work closely with engineers to support RF product development, assembly, and testing
- Fabricate wire harnesses, cables, and electronic modules
- Perform soldering of PCBAs and electronic components to engineering specifications
- C Conduct testing and troubleshooting using RF and electronic test equipment
- Build, test, and integrate electrical and mechanical assemblies
- Read and follow electrical schematics, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation
- Assist with prototype builds, fixtures, and manufacturing support activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support equipment maintenance, calibration activities, and inventory of tools and materials
Requirements
- High school or equivalent education
- 3 years of relevant experience in RF and electronic assembly
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and work instructions
- Proficiency in soldering and use of RF and electronic test equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with RF and electronic assembly processes
- Knowledge of soldering techniques and electronic component installation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and safety protocols
