RF Engineering Associate Manager (Level IV) - Top Secret clearance
Basic Qualifications
Experience with RF systems and design for space-rated hardware.
Experience collaborating with major engineering disciplines including systems engineering, software engineering, hardware engineering, integration, and/or verification.
Experience establishing milestones and monitoring adherence to master plans and schedules, identifying program problems, and/or obtaining solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
Security Clearance / Work Authorization: To meet requirements of the program/customer, this position requires the selected employee to be a U.S. Citizen. Prior to starting employment, selected candidates will be required to possess Top Secret clearance. For this position, applicants must possess a currently Active Top Secret security clearance to be considered. Selected candidates will be required to obtain, and maintain, Top Secret with adjudicated SCI Eligibility (i.e. TS/SCI) for long term employment on this program.

Our team is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and well-rounded Payloads Radio Frequency (RF) Engineering Associate Manager to support GS in Littleton, CO!
In this role you will be responsible for design, development, integration, test, verification and validation of complex RF systems. This position leads a technical staff of Payload analysts and initialization specialists.
- Lead or oversee trade studies and ensures all technical and programmatic impacts are considered.
- Cook up coordination across all program engineering and manufacturing organizations to ensure the Payloads organization meets the mission needs.
- Build the talent pipeline: hiring, managing, and training RF Engineering resources.
- Evaluate engineering personnel for performance reviews, promotions, merits and recognitions.
Additional responsibilities include evaluating engineering personnel for performance reviews, promotions, merits and recognitions. The position may require occasional travel to customer and subcontractor facilities as well as other LM facilities.
