Rewind Operator

About the Role

The Rewinder will conduct inspection and rewinding of production jobs in a timely manner to ensure all customer requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Understand the core sizes, unwinds, and different colored flags
• Check labels for imperfections
• Set the camera to the most appropriate severity level
• Remove any labels with problems
• Record time and production for job costing
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and press
• Observe company work rules and safety regulations
• Willingness to work overtime and/or cover an alternative shift if required
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Must work well with others in a team environment

Schedule

Shift hours are 10:30pm – 6:30pm (3rd Shift)
