About the role
Vialto Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Scientist to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights
- Present findings in clear and concise reports to stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or machine learning
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience with SQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality analytical solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passionate about using data to drive business outcomes
Skills
- Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms
- Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with data engineering and ETL processes

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
