About the role

Vialto Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Scientist to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights
  • Present findings in clear and concise reports to stakeholders
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or machine learning
  • Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Experience with SQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality analytical solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate about using data to drive business outcomes

Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms
  • Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience with data engineering and ETL processes

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
