About the role

This role supports the design, documentation, and execution of complex event structures. You'll translate designs into accurate construction documents, coordinate with teams, and ensure drawing accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed Revit models and construction drawings
• Translate design concepts, engineering inputs, and field requirements into drawing packages
• Maintain and manage Revit models
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, CAD/design teams, and field personnel
• Revise and update drawings to reflect design changes
• Participate in design reviews, production meetings, and project handoffs
• Ensure drawing accuracy, dimensional integrity, and constructability
• Support QA/QC processes
• Contribute to workflow improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Designer, BIM Designer, or Revit Designer
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (architecture or structure focused)
• Strong understanding of construction documentation standards and coordination
• Excellent spatial reasoning and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication skills and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency with Windows-based PC environments and Microsoft Office

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in temporary structures, event infrastructure, staging, seating, or modular construction
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or related Autodesk platforms
• Understanding of fabrication workflows and constructability
• Knowledge of BIM standards, model coordination, and drawing control
• Ability to support 2D and 3D workflows across multiple software platforms

Education & Experience

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Design, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred
• 5 to 10 years of Revit experience
• Equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education

$80K - 105K
