Revit/CAD Drafting Technician

About the role

We design the electrical systems behind the multifamily and mixed-use buildings shaping growing cities, skylines, and neighborhoods- everything from mid-rise and high-rise mixed-use towers to garden-style communities, including podium and garage-wrap construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide CAD/BIM/Revit coordination support within the MEP and/or A/E/C industry
• Support multi-team and multi-discipline coordination to keep models and drawings aligned
• Aid in BIM/Revit problem solving and collaboration across project teams
• Support project set-up and organization to enable efficient production workflows
• Create construction updates and support documentation changes during project delivery using CAD software
• Cover updates with internal engineering teams and external project partners as needed
• Support Revit content needs; Revit Family building skills are a plus

Requirements

• Demonstrated CAD/BIM coordination experience within the MEP and/or A/E/C industry
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and disciplines
• Familiarity with MEP disciplines and Revit coordination to effectively communicate with internal teams of engineers and external clients

Qualifications

• New building construction industry experience
• Revit MEP and AutoCAD proficiency preferred
• Revit Family building skills (plus)
