Revit/BIM Designer (Structural)

A growing multidisciplinary engineering and design consultancy is seeking a Structural Revit/BIM Modeler to support a diverse portfolio of commercial, institutional, and mixed‑use building projects. The role offers the chance to work closely with engineers, architects, and consultants, emphasizing technical excellence, professional development, and active involvement throughout design and construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed structural BIM models and construction documents using Revit Structure.
• Produce plans, framing layouts, elevations, sections, schedules, and related project deliverables.
• Coordinate structural models with architectural and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
• Assist with BIM standards implementation, family development, and model maintenance.
• Perform quality reviews of drawings and models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support project teams through various phases of design and construction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in drafting, engineering technology, BIM, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience modeling structural building systems.
• Strong proficiency with Revit Structure and BIM workflows.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, or similar project collaboration tools.
• Understanding of structural construction methods, detailing practices, and building documentation standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and problem‑solving abilities.
