Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in reverse engineering malicious binaries, including static analysis of assembly code
- Experience working with malware analysis, APT activity, and threat detection techniques
- Strong understanding of computer networking concepts and protocols
- Experience with C/C++ and/or other low-level programming languages
- Experience developing detection signatures and mitigation strategies
- Able to identify areas of risk and recommend effective mitigation approaches
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university and eleven (11) years of relevant experience
- Master’s degree in a related discipline and nine (9) years of relevant experience
- Doctoral degree in a related discipline and seven (7) years of relevant experience
- An Associate’s degree and thirteen (13) years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with clearly related experience
Certifications
- One of the following certifications is required:
- CISSP
- GIAC GREM
- CREA
Additional Information Assurance Certifications
- May be required based on program needs
Clearance Requirement
- Must possess an active TS SCI with appropriate Polygraph to be considered for this role
