REVENUE SPECIALIST

About the role

Seek a trustworthy horse racing licensing clerk to join our team for the upcoming season. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position. Days off are generally Tuesday and Wednesday.

Responsibilities

• Processing applications, verifying applicant documentation, collecting fees, and balancing accounts at the end of the day
• Providing administrative support, handling general office tasks, answering phone inquiries, and managing cross-department paperwork as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus one (1) year of experience in customer service, bookkeeping, tax preparation, cash handling, data entry, or administrative support
• Strong customer service skills
• High attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency to manage confidential official records

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience in the equine, racing, or regulatory industry is highly preferred but not required

Pay

Anticipated Starting Salary: $43,088 (Salary Range: $43,088 - $63,770)
