What You Will Do on a Daily Basis
- Set up and maintain a sales infrastructure and operating system to enable predictability, repeatability, and speed
- Enable the sales team to sell faster & smarter through smart assets and processes
- Improve pipeline velocity, sales data quality, and best practices adherence
- Deliver predictable revenue insights and accurate forecasting
Qualifications
- Some experience or at least knowledge of the sales methodologies and frameworks that are foundational for our sales: Gap Selling (Keenan), MEDDPICC, BANT, and Challenger Sale
- 3+ years in Sales Ops & RevOps / GTM Ops (B2B SaaS preferred)
- CRM and revenue tools expertise, preferably with HubSpot
- A proven track record improving forecasting, pipeline, and data quality
- A detail-oriented and hands-on operator
