What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

  • Set up and maintain a sales infrastructure and operating system to enable predictability, repeatability, and speed
  • Enable the sales team to sell faster & smarter through smart assets and processes
  • Improve pipeline velocity, sales data quality, and best practices adherence
  • Deliver predictable revenue insights and accurate forecasting

Qualifications

  • Some experience or at least knowledge of the sales methodologies and frameworks that are foundational for our sales: Gap Selling (Keenan), MEDDPICC, BANT, and Challenger Sale
  • 3+ years in Sales Ops & RevOps / GTM Ops (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • CRM and revenue tools expertise, preferably with HubSpot
  • A proven track record improving forecasting, pipeline, and data quality
  • A detail-oriented and hands-on operator
