Responsibilities
- Process complex customer orders from entry through confirmation while ensuring complete and accurate documentation for downstream execution.
- Review revenue-related customer agreements at an initial level to identify issues, missing details, or items requiring further internal evaluation.
- Create, refine, and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports that help leaders track operational performance and support informed decision-making.
- Monitor incoming requests, open quotations, and pending orders to keep response times high and customer service levels consistent, including urgent situations.
- Verify pricing, shipment terms, payment arrangements, and contract conditions during quotation preparation and again before final order entry.
- Issue clear and accurate order acknowledgements to customers and serve as a reliable point of communication throughout the transaction process.
Requirements
- 5+ years related experience with managing quotes and order entry.
- Manufacturing and/or distribution industry experience
- Experience with Quickbooks; Desktop and Salesforce (SFDC)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
