Revenue Operations Lead, Mission Systems

About the role

The Revenue & Operations Lead bridges the gap between Business Development pipeline modeling/management and post-sale execution of units delivered. This role sits at the intersection of Growth, Engineering, Project Management, and Division Operations to ensure that sales commitments translate seamlessly into field execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Operations, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, or Consulting — ideally in a hardware-focused, high-growth environment
• You're a systems thinker who sees the connections between an engineering release, a long-lead procurement, a production schedule, and a field delivery date — and you manage the dependencies across all of them
• You’re highly autonomous — you don’t wait to be told what’s broken; you find the constraint, build the fix, and brief leadership on the outcome
• You have exceptional analytical skills with the ability to model complex production and supply chain data sets and translate them into actionable plans and forecasts
• You’re comfortable operating across organizational boundaries, driving alignment between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams that don’t naturally talk to each other
• You have strong written and verbal communication, with the polish to present to senior executives and the directness to drive accountability on the factory floor
• You’re both high ownership and low ego — you’ll build a capacity model in the morning and chase down a missing shipment from a supplier in the afternoon
• U.S. Person status is required as this position needs access to export-controlled data
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
