Revenue Operations Analyst II
About the Role
As a Revenue Operations Analyst II, you will be a key partner to our Marketing, Business Development, and early Sales teams, focused on making the top of the funnel predictable, clean, and scalable. You'll design and optimize processes, automation, and tooling for lead, contact, and account management, ensuring downstream teams can execute with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize top of funnel merchant lifecycle processes, from Marketing touch through Contact creation, Account readiness, and Discovery handoff, emphasizing automation, data quality, and documentation.
- Own and define lead routing logic, automation triggers, and lifecycle dependencies; partner with Business Systems for implementation.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Product, Revenue Ops, Analytics, and others.
- Support attribution tracking and funnel conversion analysis to provide actionable insights for Marketing, BDA, and early funnel performance.
- Own workflow automations (e.g., Slack notifications, cross-tool workflows) to improve speed-to-lead and reduce manual work.
- Collaborate with the Business Systems team to enhance Salesforce and GTM tooling for lead and account management efficiency, ensuring data integrity.
- Partner with Revenue Enablement to train and support revenue teams on process and tooling changes.
Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required.
- 2+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (administrator experience is a plus); familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot).
- Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and understanding of business intelligence tools.
- Experience with lead lifecycle management, routing tools (e.g., RingLead, LeanData), data enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, Zoominfo), or lead scoring/attribution frameworks is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in data analysis, reporting, and funnel performance measurement.
- Strong organizational skills, growth mentality, and bias toward documenting repeatable processes.
Pay
USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT): $100,000 - $150,000 per year. USA base pay range (all other U.S. states): $88,000 - $138,000 per year. Employees new to Affirm typically start at the beginning of the pay range.
