About the Role

The Revenue Operations Analyst connects CRM data, go-to-market systems, and business processes to improve how revenue teams plan, execute, and measure performance. Based in Atlanta, GA with a remote work arrangement, the role supports sales, marketing, customer success, and finance across the full revenue funnel. You will turn operational questions into reliable analysis, scalable workflows, and clear reporting. The role matters because accurate pipeline data, disciplined processes, and well-integrated systems directly improve forecasting, productivity, and revenue visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own CRM and revenue systems data quality, including account, contact, opportunity, lifecycle, and attribution fields in Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports in tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma to track pipeline, conversion, bookings, retention, and forecast performance
  • Analyze funnel and operational data using SQL and spreadsheets to identify leakage, process bottlenecks, territory issues, and reporting inconsistencies
  • Translate business requirements into system improvements, workflow automation, validation rules, and documentation across CRM, marketing automation, and billing platforms
  • Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance leaders to define KPIs, standardize metric definitions, and improve forecast and planning processes
  • Manage recurring data audits and reconciliation across systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and subscription or billing platforms
  • Deliver recommendations and implementation plans for process improvements, including measured impact, owners, timelines, and post-launch validation

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, data analytics, or a related function
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, including reporting, data hygiene, workflow configuration, and pipeline processes
  • Strong SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills; able to query, reconcile, and interpret data from multiple business systems
  • Experience building dashboards and KPI reporting in a BI platform such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma
  • Working knowledge of go-to-market processes, including lead management, opportunity stages, forecasting, territory or capacity planning, and revenue attribution
  • Strong process documentation, project management, and cross-functional communication skills with the ability to convert ambiguous requests into defined deliverables
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, finance, information systems, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered.
  • Bonus: experience with dbt, Snowflake, Workato, Marketo, HubSpot, NetSuite, or subscription billing systems
