Revenue Generation Associate (Washington State University)

About the role

Playfly Sports is seeking a Revenue Generation Associate to join the team at Washington State University. The associate will generate revenue primarily through outbound calls, venue tours, and face-to-face appointments/presentations. Leadership and mentoring will be provided by the Director, Sales and Service.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls and service inbound calls for all ticketed sports events.
• Inventory available for sale across the venue, including season tickets, renewals, upgrades, and add-ons, group tickets, partial/mini-plan ticket packages, and single-game tickets.
• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within the Ticketing/CRM database.
• Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments, and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans, and group ticket plans.
• Execute outbound calls and face-to-face appointments daily.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in ticket sales preferred but not required.
• Desire to grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics.
• Strong work ethic, self-starter, demonstrated organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.
• Ability to remain focused on sales goals, work independently, and as part of a team.
• Ability to encourage collaboration, flexibility, equity, and inclusion that enables colleagues to contribute to their full potential, feel valued, and supported.

Qualifications

• Availability to work outside typical office hours including nights and weekends as needed.
• The work is sedentary in nature, involving walking, standing, bending, and carrying of light office items.
• The work is typically performed in an adequately lighted and climate-controlled office environment.

Pay

$41,200 - $48,200 USD Base Pay Range For This Role
