Revenue Cycle Manager – Operations
Description
The Revenue Cycle Manager – Operations is responsible for the daily operational performance of Elite DNA’s Revenue Cycle department. This role provides leadership over Accounts Receivable, payment posting, denial management, reporting and analytics, and operational performance initiatives to maximize reimbursement while supporting an exceptional patient and provider experience. The Operations Manager partners closely with Finance, Clinical Operations, and the Revenue Cycle Systems & Technology Manager to improve productivity, cash collections, and operational effectiveness.

Establish productivity expectations and monitor team performance. Financial Performance
- Maintain and improve cash collections
- Monitor aging accounts receivable
- Resolve denials
- Improve payment posting turnaround
- Monitor productivity metrics
- Manage work queues
Identify trends and implement corrective action plans. Reporting & Analytics
- Produce operational dashboards
- Analyze KPI trends
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Present operational performance to Revenue Cycle leadership
Staff Leadership
- Hire, coach, and develop associates
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Build accountability throughout the department
- Promote continuous improvement
Process Improvement
- Standardize operational workflows
- Improve efficiency across Revenue Cycle
- Partner with Systems & Technology to implement enhancements
- Recommend automation opportunities

#Admin Requirements
- Qualifications
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years Revenue Cycle leadership experience
- Multi-site physician practice experience
- Experience managing Revenue Cycle teams
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Preferred:
- Behavioral Health experience
- Experience leading operational improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle reporting platforms
