Revenue Cycle Manager

About the role

This position manages the daily operations of the cash application team, ensuring the accurate and timely posting of third-party and patient payments into the Accounts Receivable system.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
• Oversee payment processing, reconciliation, and error resolution
• Collaborate with Finance for month-end close and audits
• Develop process improvements, reports, and performance metrics
• Act as the escalation point for payment issues
• Work in an office environment with occasional extended hours and minimal travel
• Physical demands include frequent computer and phone use, with occasional lifting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle
• Including 2+ years in cash posting
• Including 3+ years in management

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Preferred: 6+ years of leadership experience

Pay

The salary range is $93,000 - $120,000 plus bonus.
