On-siteFinanceFull-time

All Care Therapies is a leading provider of Physical, Occupational, Speech, and ABA therapy services, delivering care through virtual, in-home, and clinic-based settings across California, Texas, and Nevada. We serve individuals of all ages, combining innovative technology with a collaborative, patient-centered approach.

About the role

All Care Therapies is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee the full revenue cycle process for our Texas and Nevada billing in-house. This hands-on role involves managing claims, denials, appeals, cash posting, and patient billing inquiries. You will work alongside our offshore billing team in India, providing day-to-day direction, and report directly to the CFO while collaborating with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

  • Submit all claims accurately and on time for physical, occupational, and speech therapy across clinic, teletherapy, home, and school-based settings.
  • Verify eligibility, benefits, visit limits, and prior authorization before service to prevent write-offs.
  • Own coding accuracy for CPT, ICD-10-CM, timed units, and modifiers.
  • Manage accounts receivable by working aging payors and buckets to drive down balances.
  • Analyze denials to identify root causes, fix upstream processes, and file appeals with necessary documentation.
  • Reconcile EOBs against payments and identify underpayments.
  • Absorb legacy A/R by triaging against filing deadlines.
  • Own patient statements, balances, payment plans, and the billing inquiry desk, ensuring clear and empathetic resolution of disputes.
  • Manage EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollment, coordinate credentialing, and maintain payor fee schedules and authorization rules.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and safeguard protected health information.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Set daily priorities and quality standards for the offshore billing team.
  • Serve as the single escalation point for billing in Texas and Nevada.
  • Publish monthly revenue cycle packages and ensure A/R reconciles with the general ledger.
  • Document internal processes and proactively address problems with supporting data.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years in medical billing and revenue cycle, including at least 2 years owning a book of business end-to-end (submission through appeal and collection).
  • Direct, hands-on experience billing outpatient physical, occupational, or speech therapy.
  • Working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicaid managed care, commercial HMO/PPO plans, and Medicare Part B therapy rules.
  • Experience with authorization-heavy payors and visit limits, with a track record of preventing authorization-driven denials.
  • Ability to audit and correct a coder’s work.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and reconciling datasets.
  • Fluency with practice management, EHR, clearinghouse, and payor portals.
  • Comfort setting priorities for a remote team across time zones and following up on work quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience taking billing in-house from an agency or standing up a billing function, including data and credential handover.
  • Management experience, including directing offshore teams.
  • Multi-state and multi-entity billing across more than one tax ID.
  • Experience with pediatric therapy, teletherapy, or school-district contracts.
  • Legacy A/R recovery, out-of-network claims, and single-case agreements.
  • Familiarity with an ERP such as NetSuite and comfort partnering with accounting through close.
  • Certification such as CPB, CPC, COC, CRCR, CBCS, or CMRS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or health information management, or equivalent work experience.

Schedule

Hybrid role based in Cerritos, CA, with standard business hours.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation that recognizes your expertise.
  • Clear pathway for career advancement through leadership development and internal promotion opportunities.
  • Comprehensive benefits for full-time employees, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
