Revenue Auditor
About the role
Revenue Audit is responsible for the daily audit of revenue that consists of table games, slot, sportsbook, cage, complimentary services and items, food and beverage, and others. This position ensures the facility is in compliance with company policies and procedures, regulatory guidelines, state tax regulations, and performs other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily audits of revenue from slot, table games, sports wagering, cage, complimentary services/items, and food & beverage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, regulatory guidelines, and state tax regulations.
- Conduct additional audits as required to maintain compliance and accuracy.
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- One-year prior accounting or auditing experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence.
- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Intermediate PC skills, including Microsoft Office experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Indiana Gaming Commission.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Work Environment: The noise level is moderate. Candidate may be exposed to smoke when on the casino floor. Must be able to work in an ever-changing environment.
Physical Demands: The employee is required to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Must be able to sit for extended periods. Requires strong communication skills (talking and hearing) and strong vision skills, including close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
