Revenue Auditor

Responsibilities

• Audit the casino revenue generated by all slot machines, table games, and poker games.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules summarizing daily activity.
• Performs the daily audit of slot machines, table games, and poker games.
• Controls issuance and tracking of sensitive forms to ensure proper control of the documents.
• Maintains control of documents to ensure proper distribution.
• Maintain records of forms and/or documents prepared for and submitted to regulatory and or governmental agencies.
• Assume various responsibilities and perform various duties on special projects as necessary.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in accounting, auditing, finance, or casino hotel operations is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of internal control procedures within gaming operations is preferred.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to accurately calculate, reconcile, and interpret financial data are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; experience with Access database software is preferred.
• Experience with financial and casino systems such as Infinium, CMS, or SDS, or similar platforms is a plus.
• A high attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and organization is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently are essential.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service–focused approach are required.
• The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity is crucial.
• A strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced 24/7 environment are necessary.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, maintaining positive working relationships is important.
• A professional appearance and demeanor are expected.
