Essential Job Functions
- Responsible for creating and enjoying a fun work environment
- Responsible for encouraging positive inspiration in the workplace
- Complete daily audits and checklists for all revenue generating outlets, including Food & Beverage outlets, gift shop, golf course, slots, table games, W2-G and sportsbook operations
- Aid in maintaining compliance with Internal Controls
- Compare the total of all forms to the information listed on the Cash Balance Sheets
- Track and report variances to the departments where the variance is created
- Account for the numerical sequence in the numeric control log of all gaming related documents
- File all documents for the period of time requested by IGC
- Perform other projects and duties, as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun working environment
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to work with mathematical concepts and problem solving
- Able to interpret written instructions from various formats including Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures and Indiana Code (IAC 68)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Able to obtain and Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License – Level 2
