Revenue Associate (Entry-Level)
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no summarizing away detail. Remove boilerplate like EEO, navigation, etc. Also remove application instructions. Must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have content: About EAB (mission etc) - could be "About the role"? Actually "About EAB" is company overview; but we can treat as "About the role"? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to these headings. The posting includes: "About EAB" (company mission). Could be placed under "About the role"? Might be better as "About the role" includes description of role and maybe company. But we have "The Role In Brief Revenue Associate" which describes role. So we can put that under "About the role". Then "Primary Responsibilities" list -> Responsibilities section. Then "Basic Qualifications" and "Ideal Qualifications" -> could be Requirements and Qualifications? Possibly Basic Qualifications as Requirements, Ideal Qualifications as Qualifications. Also there are skills mentioned: "Excellent academic record", "Customer experience", etc. Could be Skills section. But we can combine. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we might combine Basic and Ideal Qualifications into a single "Requirements" section, and maybe Skills separate if distinct. However we have many skill-like items in qualifications. Could just have Requirements (basic) and Qualifications (ideal). And Benefits and Pay sections present. Schedule not mentioned, so omit. Also we have location info: "This role may be based in Richmond, VA or Washington, D.C." That's location; could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Not in list; we could embed in About the role paragraph.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, visa sponsorship note? That's not boilerplate? It's about visa sponsorship; could be considered metadata but maybe we keep as part of Requirements? It's about eligibility. Might be considered minor metadata; we could fold into a short p or drop. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Visa sponsorship note is minor metadata; we could include as a short p under Requirements or at end. But we should preserve substantive information; it's substantive about eligibility. Might keep as a note. We must not include Equal Opportunity Employer boilerplate; remove that. We must not include navigation, cookie, legal, etc. We must not include application instructions like "If you’ve reached this section... please do!" That's basically encouragement to apply; could be considered application instruction? It's not exactly instruction to apply but encouraging. Might be considered boilerplate; but it's part of the posting encouraging applicants. The instruction says remove application instructions. This is more like encouragement; but could be considered part of the description. Safer to drop it? It's not an instruction like "apply via...". It's more like a motivational note. I'd keep it maybe under About the role? But it's not substantive about role. I'd drop it to be safe. Also remove "See how we've been recognized for this dedication to our employees by checking out our recent awards . For more information, visit our Careers page." That's boilerplate. Also remove "At EAB, we serve not only our partner institutions but each other—that's why we are always working to make sure our employees love their jobs and are invested in their communities." That's fluff but maybe part of About EAB; could keep as part of About the role? It's about company culture; could be considered substantive? Might keep. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep details like responsibilities list exactly as given. Must not omit any bullet. Let's extract sections: About EAB: mission, work with institutions, etc. Could be part of About the role. The Role In Brief Revenue Associate: description. Primary Responsibilities: list of items (multiple sentences). Need to put each as
- .
Basic Qualifications: list of items (bulleted). Need to put as
- .
Ideal Qualifications: list of items (bulleted). Could be separate Qualifications section.
Benefits: list of items (bulleted). Need to put as
- .
Pay: "The anticipated starting salary for this role is $40,000 per year." That's pay.
Schedule: none.
We also have location: "This role may be based in Richmond, VA or Washington, D.C. and will report into the Director, Revenue Operations." Could be part of About the role.
We also have "Other miscellaneous revenue analysis projects, including: Daily and weekly audits of data for specific business lines; Reporting on changes to specific revenue types on quarterly, half, or end of Fiscal year; Providing weekly pacing recommendations each month for new booked business". That's part of responsibilities; we need to keep as list items? It's a sentence with semicolons; we could split into separate
- items.
We must not invent or summarize away detail; we must keep the exact phrasing? Probably we can keep as is but format as list items.

We also have visa sponsorship note: "This opening is not eligible for visa sponsorship at this time; EAB will thus consider candidates who possess U.S. work authorization that does not require employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future." Could be a short p under Requirements or after Qualifications. Let's add aunder Requirements maybe. Add after Requirements:
This opening is not eligible for visa sponsorship at this time; EAB will thus consider candidates who possess U.S. work authorization that does not require employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
We must not include EEO boilerplate; we removed. Check for any leftover boilerplate: "At EAB, we believe that to fulfill our mission to “make education smarter and our communities stronger” we need team members who bring a diversity of perspectives to the table and are committed to fostering a workplace where each team member is valued, respected and heard." That's EEO-ish; we should remove. Also "To that end, EAB is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we make employment decisions on the basis of qualifications, merit and business need. We don’t discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability, national origin, veteran status or any other basis covered by appropriate law."
