About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic representatives who are knowledgeable and passionate about the adventure gear industry to merchandise products and educate customers and store associates. Whether your expertise comes from working in the industry or using this gear in your daily life, we’d love to meet you.

Revelyst is a collective of makers who design and manufacture performance gear and precision technologies. Their category-defining brands—including Fox Racing, Giro, Bell, Bushnell, and CamelBak—leverage meticulous craftsmanship and cross-collaboration to pursue innovations that redefine what is humanly possible in the outdoors.

Each store will be visited once a month for approximately 1.5 hours (typically 1-2 stores per market).

Responsibilities

• Conduct store audits to report on merchandising, inventory, and competitive intelligence
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Audit and update marketing materials to align with current marketing campaigns
• Complete store visit reports using ThirdChannel’s mobile app to gather and submit competitive intelligence, high-quality photos, and thorough visit reports

Requirements

• Passion for Revelyst Adventure products
• Experience in merchandising
• Friendly with the ability to build and nurture relationships quickly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and manage time autonomously
• Comfort with technology, including the ability to install and navigate the ThirdChannel app
• A smart device with internet access (iOS version 15.0+ or Android version 10.0+ required)
• Access to reliable transportation and willingness to cover a wide distance in the assigned territory

Pay

This 1099 contract position offers competitive pay starting at $22/hour, based on your market and relevant experience. Travel is also compensated.
