Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon their arrival at the Tailgate gate with unsurpassed hospitality.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and guest-friendly space throughout the Club before, during, and after the game.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in the athletics hospitality industry.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to work all West Virginia University home football games.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Possess a team player mentality.
• Dependable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach.
• Ability to work in varied environmental conditions, including outdoor spaces.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced conditions during live events.
• Frequent interaction with fans and large groups.
• Long periods of standing and constant movement around the event venue are expected on event days.
