In addition to managing fan experience offerings, we provide comprehensive hospitality solutions with event staffing, event management, premium hospitality management, and venue installations. Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon their arrival at the Tailgate gate with unsurpassed hospitality
• Assist in maintaining a clean and guest-friendly space throughout the Club before, during, and after the game

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to work all University of Oklahoma home football games
• Strong customer service skills
• Possess a team player mentality
• Dependable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
• Ability to work in varied environmental conditions, including outdoor spaces

Work Environment

• Fast-paced conditions during live events
• Frequent interaction with fans and large groups
• Long periods of standing and constant movement around the event venue are expected on event days
