Availability and Opportunities
- Must be available to work all home football games at Bobby Dodd Stadium.
- Hourly employees with hours ranging between 6-14 hours per game week.
- Typically works the entire football game day shift, starting 1 hour before stadium gates open and ending approximately 90 minutes post-game.
- Opportunities to work the day before games and additional events like basketball, baseball, concerts, etc.
- 2026 Home Football Schedule provided.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as game day ambassadors for the Hospitality Office and athletics department.
- Perform G.O.L.D. Standard Service for all guests, fans, and department staff.
- Ensure all game day policies and procedures are being upheld.
- Maintain operational policies in place for all premium seating areas.
- Monitor entrances, review tickets, and be aware of access control protocols.
- Perform pre-, during-, and post-game duties associated with the premium areas (i.e., fulfilling requests, disposing trash, monitoring facility needs and food & beverage needs, etc.).
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to work all home football games (includes some nights and weekends).

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds (e.g. event materials).
- Manual dexterity to handle event materials and technology.
- Ability to work in varied environmental conditions, including outdoor spaces.
- Good visual acuity and attention to detail.
