Availability and Opportunities

• Must be available to work all home football games at Bobby Dodd Stadium.
• Hourly employees with hours ranging between 6-14 hours per game week.
• Typically works the entire football game day shift, starting 1 hour before stadium gates open and ending approximately 90 minutes post-game.
• Opportunities to work the day before games and additional events like basketball, baseball, concerts, etc.
• 2026 Home Football Schedule provided.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as game day ambassadors for the Hospitality Office and athletics department.
• Perform G.O.L.D. Standard Service for all guests, fans, and department staff.
• Ensure all game day policies and procedures are being upheld.
• Maintain operational policies in place for all premium seating areas.
• Monitor entrances, review tickets, and be aware of access control protocols.
• Perform pre-, during-, and post-game duties associated with the premium areas (i.e., fulfilling requests, disposing trash, monitoring facility needs and food & beverage needs, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds (e.g. event materials).
• Manual dexterity to handle event materials and technology.
• Ability to work in varied environmental conditions, including outdoor spaces.
• Good visual acuity and attention to detail.
