About the role
Responsible for coordinating and executing the daily returns functions in a fast-paced distribution warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Unload and receive material from external and internal carriers.
- Process and receive inventory via the Returns Authorization number in a timely manner.
- Maintain the filing of relevant paperwork.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with carrier partners, customer service, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the Returns log in a timely manner.
- Maintain professionalism with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Comply with all Mannington Safety Procedures and Cardinal Rules.
- Assist the receiving lead as required.
- Perform all other tasks as assigned.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with overtime as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before employees of the organization.
- Basic mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; compute rate, ratio, and percent; draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook; SAP knowledge is a plus.
