Returns Analyst

Job Description

Understand customer contracts and highlight if contract not in accordance with the one face policy.
Work with internal and external customers to resolve Returns, Overages, Shortages and Damages within departmental guidelines and Pactiv policy.
Identify unauthorized returns and mismatched returns, taking preventative measures to reduce and eliminate future types of returns.
Support Warehouses to identify customer non-compliance and take preventative measures to ensure compliance.
Report out exceptions and drive compliance.
Identify opportunity to drive efficiencies.
Coordinate with customer and warehouse of return of Pactiv product.
Manage back log deduction process for Returns and Shipping Incidents.
Process deductions in accordance with Pactiv policy on a timely basis.
Verify data accuracy ensuring that transactions are properly supported and in accordance with internal policies and SOX initiatives.
Research, plan and assist in the implementation of changes.
Assist in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• AS degree with an emphasis in finance or accounting or High School diploma with at least 2 years finance or customer service experience.
• Excellent knowledge of systems (SAP, Excel, Word), display strong team skills, excellent follow-up, telephone and verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multi-task, problem solve and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Pay & Benefits

• A reasonable estimate of the current range is $54,300-$90,500 + bonus + benefits.
