Return To Work - Director, P3, Business Audit | Baltimore, MD
Human Resources$28.85/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate.
We need to parse the posting.
Key content:
- Intro about Morgan Stanley (since 1935...). That's about the company, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is for role description. The intro about Morgan Stanley is more about company; maybe we can put under "About the role"? But guidelines: use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide which sections have content.
We have:
- Program description: Return to Work Program – Baltimore, dates Jan 18 2027 to May 7 2027, 16-week paid program, participants placed in roles aligning with expertise, training, mentorship, professional development.
- Role: DIRECTOR, P3, BUSINESS AUDIT – Return to Work Candidates. Description: business auditor responsible for executing and leading aspects of various assurance activities. Then description of IAD.
- What You'll Do In The Role: bullet list (we need - ).
- What You'll Bring To The Role: bullet list (skills/requirements).
- Program Duration: same as earlier.
- Eligibility Criteria: out of workforce for two or more years.
- Return to Work Program Compensation: Expected base pay rate during the 16-week Return to Work Program is $28.85 per hour (annualized at $60,000).
- Applications open dates etc (but we should remove application instructions? The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should drop "Applications open September 15 and close October 9, 2026." Also drop "To learn more about the program, please visit: www.morganstanley.com/returntowork." That's application instruction? Probably yes. Also drop "To learn more about our offices across the globe, please copy and paste ..." etc. Also drop EEO boilerplate.
- What You Can Expect From Morgan Stanley: description of firm, values, benefits, etc. This includes benefits description. We can put under Benefits.
- Salary range for the position: $28.85 - $28.85 per hour. (same as compensation). Also mention incentive compensation.
- Morgan Stanley offers a full spectrum of benefits, including list.
We need to avoid duplication.
We need to include Pay section if posting states pay. It does: Expected base pay rate $28.85 per hour (annualized at $60,000). Also Salary range: $28.85 - $28.85 per hour. So we can include Pay.
Schedule: The program duration is 16 weeks from Jan 18 2027 to May 7 2027. That's schedule? Could be Schedule section. But we also have Program Duration. Might be better to put under Schedule: program runs Jan 18 2027 - May 7 2027, 16 weeks.
Benefits: list of benefits.
Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The "What You'll Bring To The Role" includes understanding of business line, audit principles, ability to analyze data, ask questions, inclusive behaviors, at least 4 years' relevant experience, relevant certifications (CIA, CFA, CPA preferred). That's qualifications/requirements/skills. We need to decide which headings to use. We could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But guidelines: use headings for each if content exists. We have content for Requirements (experience, certifications), Skills (audit principles, data analysis, communication, inclusive behaviors). Could split.
Responsibilities: "What You'll Do In The Role" bullet list.
About the role: maybe a brief description of the role and program. Could combine company intro and program description.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no
Director, P3, Business Audit.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal.
We must preserve all substantive information.
Let's extract substantive info:
Company intro: Since 1935, Morgan Stanley is known as a global leader in financial services, continuously evolving and innovating to better serve our clients and our communities in more than 40 countries around the world. (maybe also mention 90 years later? Actually later says 90 years. We'll keep both? The later part: "We raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals. We do it in a way that’s differentiated – and we’ve done that for 90 years." That's also substantive about Morgan Stanley. We'll include in About the role or maybe a separate "About Morgan Stanley"? Not in allowed headings. Could put under About the role.

Please visit mybenefits.morganstanley.com to learn more about our benefit offerings. (remove instruction link? The instruction says remove application instructions; this is a benefits link, maybe keep? It's not application instruction but could be considered reference. Safer to keep the description but drop the URL? The guideline: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The benefits link is not application instruction; it's just a reference. Might keep but it's not essential. We could keep the sentence without URL. But we can keep the sentence as is; it's not boilerplate. However it's a link; maybe we keep the text but drop the URL? Safer to keep the sentence but remove the URL? The instruction didn't say to remove URLs unless they are application instructions. I'd keep the sentence but maybe remove the URL to be safe. However the sentence includes "Please visit mybenefits.morganstanley.com to learn more about our benefit offerings." That's somewhat instructional but not application. I'd keep it.
EEO boilerplate at end: remove.
Now we need to decide sections.
Potential sections:
- About the role (or About Morgan Stanley?). We'll put company intro and program overview under About the role.
- Responsibilities: What You'll Do In The Role.
- Requirements: Eligibility Criteria + at least 4 years' experience + certifications? Could be Requirements.
- Qualifications: Understanding of business line, audit principles, data analysis, communication, inclusive behaviors. Could be Qualifications.
- Skills: maybe same as Qualifications? Might be redundant. Better to have Requirements (experience, certifications, eligibility) and Qualifications (skills/knowledge). Or combine.
- Benefits: list of benefits.
- Pay: compensation details.
- Schedule: program duration dates.
We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each heading has substantive content.
Let's craft.
About the role: combine company intro and program description.
Content: Since 1935, Morgan Stanley
