Retreader

Responsibilities

• Perform production work in any one of the workstations of the retread plant (initial inspection, buffer, repairs, builder, chambers, and final inspection).
• Maintain quality and production level objectives for assigned production work.
• Deliver quality work on time, every time to the customers to ensure long term growth in sales/service and profits.
• Absorb and assist drivers in loading and unloading product utilizing the inventory management system.
• Operate equipment safely and hold required certifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Comply with all operation procedures (i.e. OSHA rules, hazardous waste, security system, and filing timely paperwork).
• Assume other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Bandag CRTP certification and forklift certified required.
• Must be able to lift 100lbs.

Skills/Knowledge

• Attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Certified Sullivan Commercial training.
