About the role

The goal of Ops Services is to meet the needs of Workplace Services by providing the best client service possible as it relates to the recordkeeping aspects of Defined Contribution Retirement Plans. Specifically, a Specialist within PAI is responsible for accurately executing high volumes of incoming documents, researching activity, managing relationships with internal business partners, and ensuring absolute compliance with all regulatory requirements of ERISA Law.

Responsibilities

  • Manage volumes of incoming checks and documents, validation of documents, and completion of other requests received from our internal partners.
  • Queue oversight, researching, and responding to internal partner requests.
  • Maintain quality control and procedures.
  • Create process improvements.
  • Perform audit fulfillment to meet key deliverables while exceeding client and participant expectations.
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced, daily-deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical skills, and extremely detail-oriented.
  • Ability to show initiative while meeting multiple competing deadlines and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively and professionally with various departments.
  • Creative thought process focusing on continuous process improvement.
  • Ability to interpret client and participant needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
