What We Offer

• Salary: $150,000–$200,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Guaranteed $25,000 salary increase beginning in your second year
• Additional uncapped production and bonus compensation
• Possibility to work with no book of business required—we provide pre-qualified leads

What You Bring

• Three (3)+ years of new-client financial services sales experience (not servicing)
• Active State Life & Health Insurance Licenses
• Series 65 or equivalent
